Today is Memorial Day and I honor those that have fought for the freedom I so cherish as my own. So many of my family and friends have given so much to protect us. This is what i can do today to honor you all.

Week #1 of Journey
This week has been awesome. I had an incredible time with my brother Berto on Tuesday. We spent the evening at the Grove in LA celebrating his 20th birfday. I love that guy. We got to eat some seriously good burgers and bomb cheese cake at the Cheesecake Factory. Thor is an awesome movie, by the way. haha.
All of my admissions paperwork is being processed now that i have it in, haha. I really like my campus and i'm looking forward to the new college experience i will be having in the dorms there. I have lived on my own for a while and it's certainly fun i miss the noise and busyness of people around me. Also it will be a complete submersion in the culture that a christian college can offer me. I know i have not been as diligent in my studies and walk with the Lord as i would like it to be and the added structure will definitely be a wonderful blessing to me.
I played basketball with some old friends on Friday! I have not seen these guys in a long while and it was good kicking but at my favorite sport for a few hours. Wish those guys would get saved, haha, but i guess i will just be the light for them till they get it right. Sunday I was needed to work the rock climbing wall at my church. That was a lot of fun, but I am still soar and tired from that. Still, I think i found a new hobby. haha
